We know that your wedding is one of the most expensive days in your life and we don't want to add to that burden. These prices reflect the time we will spend meeting, planning with you, and coordinating the day of as well as the background research and preparation. These prices are face value, which means there will be no hidden or surprise fees the day of or after!
DIY* PRO PACKAGE
​For the DIY green thumb or if you just need a little help.
The Dowdy Duo will meet with you and whoever is helping you to prepare for everything and anything.
​
This package provides a helping hand with preparation accountability. You get access to our templates and free range to ask about everything - from how much champagne you may need to purchase to knowing when to apply for your marriage license.
​
For those not located in Eugene, the meetings will be conducted over Zoom.
​​
$200 EACH OR $1000 FOR SIX MEETINGS
There is no time limit for each meeting.
WEEK OF MANAGER
For those who know what's going down, but want a professional to keep the chaos at bay.
We will meet with you 2 weeks before the big day to confirm, coordinate, and organize the details. ​This includes access to our templates and metrics if needed for any last minute adjustments.

We will be present for the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception and will oversee the week-of vendor communication, guest management,
and set-up/tear-down supervision.

FULL PLANNING
Till Your Wedding Do Us Part
The Dowdy Duo will meet with you once a month until the big day! One of us will be there for your site visits and tastings.
​​
We provide vendor sourcing, contract and rental management, food and space metrics, layout diagrams, a seating chart, and a master timeline.
​
We will be present for the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. ​We will oversee vendor coordination, guest management, set-up and clean up supervision. ​
​
*A set-up and/or cleanup team is a separate item and can be ordered to fit your event.*

ADDITIONAL FEES
TRAVEL​
We are located in Eugene, OR. We will travel up to 50 miles without any travel fees.
​​
For events located outside this range or that require overnight lodging, the travel fee will cover the cost of fuel to the venue after the first 50 miles. For events that ask an overnight stay, fees cover a daily meal per diem and modest lodging. ​

SET-UP & RESTORATION
​
We can hire and manage an external clean-up crew if it's not already within the scope of the venue and other vendors. Set-up and tear-down can include rentals, decorations, dinnerwares, seating, general cleaning, and the disposal of trash.
